When You Must Avoid Oil Pulling!
Have you tried oil pulling yet? It’s a simple technique that is very good for your oral health! I’ve personally used to help my gums. They were starting to recede (ouch!!) but a little oil pulling fixed them right up!
We’re going to talk about how to oil pull, but I want to caution you. If you have mercury fillings in your teeth, DO NOT oil pull until you have them removed! And, please do have them removed. Those mercury fillings are leaching mercury (gah!) into your body!! If you oil pull when you have mercury fillings, the mercury is leached even faster! (double gah!!)
How do you oil pull? It’s simple. Get a high quality oil like sesame, coconut, or olive oil, preferably organic, put some in your mouth like you would mouthwash, and swish it around for about 30 seconds. Then spit it out in the trash. You don’t want to oil pull for longer than 30 seconds with the same mouthful of oil, because the oil will get saturated, or “full” of all the junk. If you want to oil pull for longer, get a fresh mouthful of oil!
Enjoy better oral health with regular oil pulling, just wait to start until you’ve gotten any mercury fillings removed!
