Granted, processed breakfast cereals are not the healthiest thing to eat for breakfast, but sometimes it’s really handy to have a quick breakfast ready to go!  Mom’s Best Naturals is a great “compromise” food for us because it doesn’t have any hyrodgenated oils or high fructose corn syrup.  So if you’re going to eat cereal, I think it’s a great choice.
